Our Course Offers 3 Program Levels:

Coaching Academy

30 CE Hours

An affordable, flexible course to build a profitable coaching practice with lifetime access.

Professional Collective

40 CE Hours

An 8-week live coaching program with Dr. Lisa Marie Bobby for accountability, expert guidance, and confidence-building. Includes personalized feedback, peer connections, and a BCC study group.

Expert Experience

50 CE Hours

After completing Professional Collective, gain 8 more weeks of mentorship, group coaching, 1:1 consultations, and an internship with Growing Self. Earn 30 BCC hours and transition clients into your own practice.

Professionals interested in earning one of our credentials are required to engage in training to ensure they have access to current best practices in their chosen field.

Registered Credential Training Providers (RCTPs) are dedicated to developing training programs for professionals in the areas of clinical supervision, coaching, telemental health, or career counseling. These training programs are the stepping stones in career advancement through credentialing. It is the provider’s responsibility to ensure that participants understand and can apply the best practices in their field.

Credentials that Require Approved Training

Registered Credential Training Provider Approval Process

All applicants must complete and submit Part 1 of the application form to ccebusiness@cce-global.org.

Review of Part 1 of the application will be completed within two (2) weeks.
Application payment should accompany the submission. Instructions for how to submit payment are included in the application.

Following the review and acceptance of Part 1 of the application, candidates will be invited to submit Part 2 of the application and supporting documentation. You have three (3) months to upload all required documents.

Content reviews will not begin until ALL required documents in Part 2 are submitted.
Reviews of Part 2 of the application form will be completed within five weeks of receipt of all materials.

Applicants who satisfactorily complete the application process and demonstrate that their training programs align effectively with the training requirements for the credential will receive final RCTP status approval.

Upon approval, providers will:
- Receive a unique RCTP number that is required to be displayed on trainer’s website and in marketing materials.
- Have your name and contact information listed on CCE’s website.
- Receive information about how to maintain their RCTP status.
